FantasyGems Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("Player", "you"), and FantasyGems ("we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by FantasyGems, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

FantasyGems operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform offering casino games, fish games, bingo, sports betting and other digital entertainment products. All services are provided for entertainment purposes to adult players only. The platform operates in PKR and is designed for use by players based in Pakistan.

These Terms apply to all use of the FantasyGems website and any associated mobile platform or application. They apply to all account types, all game categories and all payment transactions conducted through the platform.

FantasyGems reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration

To use FantasyGems, you must create a registered account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and basic personal information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on FantasyGems. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended and associated balances voided.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on FantasyGems. We do not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any other person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. FantasyGems is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your password secure.
• You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else.
• FantasyGems may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on FantasyGems are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and other approved mobile wallet methods. The available deposit methods may vary from time to time, and the options displayed at the time of your deposit will always be current.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit. FantasyGems does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

• Deposits are credited to your FantasyGems balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases, JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits reflect instantly.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods that do not belong to you is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• FantasyGems reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold any deposit if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Deposited funds are intended for gaming activity on the platform and cannot be used for any other commercial purpose.

4 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your name. FantasyGems does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods that do not belong to the account holder.

Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times for larger amounts may be extended while verification is completed.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account settings at the time of request.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from active bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• FantasyGems does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. VIP members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits and priority processing.
• We reserve the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.
• If a withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified by our support team along with the reason and any steps required to resolve the issue.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

FantasyGems offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means you must stake a specified multiple of the bonus amount on eligible games before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your account. Real money deposits are kept separate from bonus funds and used first in any gaming session.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that have not been wagered within the stated period will expire automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots and fish games typically contribute at full value; live casino games and bingo may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are displayed in each bonus offer.
• Bonuses are intended for individual players only. Any attempt to abuse bonus systems — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• FantasyGems reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will have their position honoured in good faith.
• Players may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting our support team.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The FantasyGems sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and a range of other sporting events. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the player unless a cash-out option is available and has been exercised before the event concludes.

FantasyGems reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a clear pricing error, a technical fault, or where the integrity of an event is in question. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account without deduction.

• All cricket and PSL bets are settled according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, applicable cricket rules will determine settlement.
• FantasyGems may impose maximum bet limits on certain markets or events. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events and are subject to brief suspension during key moments in a match. Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their bets are placed as intended before confirming. FantasyGems cannot reverse correctly placed bets based on a change of mind.
• Multiple bets and accumulator bets are subject to all standard betting rules applying to each individual selection.

7 Casino and Game Rules

FantasyGems offers a variety of gaming products including slots, live casino, fish games and bingo. Each game type is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules will take precedence for matters relating to that game's gameplay.

All games on FantasyGems use certified random number generation (RNG) technology where applicable to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by qualified dealers and streamed in real time.

• A minimum bet amount applies to each game and is displayed before you begin playing.
• In the event of a technical fault mid-game — such as a disconnection or software error — FantasyGems will attempt to resolve the round based on its state at the point of failure. If resolution is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to your account.
• Fish game results and bingo draws are final once the round is complete and confirmed by the system.
• FantasyGems reserves the right to void game rounds and withhold payouts where evidence of technical exploitation, software manipulation or collusion is found.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet. Game tutorials and paytables are available within each game interface.

8 Responsible Gaming

FantasyGems is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to maintain control over their activity on the platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, played within your personal budget and time constraints. It should never be seen as a way to earn income or recover financial losses.

We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits before they start playing, and to review those limits regularly. The following tools are available to every FantasyGems account holder free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been active.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to 90 days — if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that gaming is no longer a healthy activity for you. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FantasyGems. Any player found to have engaged in any of the actions listed below will have their account suspended and any associated balances voided. FantasyGems reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or illegal activity to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one account per person, household or device.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financially suspicious activity through the platform.
• Sharing account access with another person or playing on behalf of someone else.
• Abusing bonuses by creating accounts purely to extract promotional value without genuine gaming intent.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing FantasyGems support staff or other players in any shared environment.

10 Privacy and Data

11 Limitation of Liability

FantasyGems provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and reliably at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, FantasyGems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from service outages, technical faults, delayed transactions or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

• FantasyGems is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or levies that may apply to your winnings in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on their winnings.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

FantasyGems may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, legal requirements or our responsible gaming approach. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or via the contact details associated with their account.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of FantasyGems following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
